What kind of data do we process?
Such as IP address, domain names of the computers used by users, etc. These data are collected automatically and exclusively for enabling navigation on the site and, in anonymous form, may be used for statistical surveys.
DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY YOU
Such as your name, surname and contact details required to use the services offered by the App/Site.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to our email address, as well as the filling in and forwarding of the contact form on the Site, involve the acquisition contact data necessary to reply and all the personal data included in the communications. In order to keep your personal data for the purpose of sending you further communications on the services and products offered by us, we will collect your free and explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by sending us an email.
The use of the services offered by the App also involves the recording of your voice. Each recording is only stored until the next use of the services provided by the App. All previous recordings will be deleted.
Why do we process your data?
Navigation data will be collected automatically in order to allow you to navigate the Site and to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.).
The data provided voluntarily by you does not entail any obligation to provide it; therefore, failure to provide it may only make it impossible to respond to your requests or to use the services provided by the App.
To whom do we disclose your data?
The Data may be transferred abroad, in accordance with the GDPR, including to countries outside the European Union when this is necessary for one of the purposes set out in this notice and only if the receiving State provides adequate safeguards in accordance with Articles 46 or 47 or 49 of the GDPR.
How long do we store your data?
Data for which your consent is required will be stored until you withdraw your consent and in any case up to a maximum of 24 months.
What are your rights?
You may at any time exercise your rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, where applicable. For example: know which of your data are in our files (access), change them if you think they are incorrect (rectification), delete them, limit the use we can make of them, object to their processing, receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to transmit them to another provider (portability).
